PARENT’S GUIDE

This guide is intended for parents and legal guardians of users of mobile games published by WINCHANGE LIMITED that link to our policies, including test versions (each a “Project”). It explains our approach to children’s privacy, parental choices, purchases and safe play. Read it together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. AGE AND PARENTAL PERMISSION

Our Projects are not directed to children under 18. Under our Terms, users under 18 need parental or guardian permission before using a Project; any stricter legal requirements also apply. This is our service rule, not a statement that every country sets the legal age for consenting to data processing at 18.

Before allowing your child to play, review the game’s age rating, description and available features. Store age ratings describe content suitability and do not replace our Terms, parental permission or consent required for processing personal data. Do not encourage your child to enter an incorrect age.

2. HOW PARENTAL CONSENT WORKS

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, subject to limited collection permitted by applicable law to establish age, obtain consent or protect users. Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing starts.

Follow the parental-consent instructions provided for the relevant Project. If you cannot find them, contact vibebyte.games@gmail.com before allowing your child to proceed. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify parental responsibility and consent. Reading this guide, accepting the Terms, approving a store purchase or simply sending an email does not by itself complete any required consent verification.

If we discover that we collected a child’s personal data without the required consent, we will take appropriate steps to stop the affected processing and delete the data or irreversibly anonymize it, subject to applicable law.

3. WHAT DATA WE USE

Depending on the features used, we process account details, purchases and transaction records, gameplay events and progress, device and diagnostic information, and information sent to support. Advertising identifiers may be used for advertising-related purposes where permitted and subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.

For children, we limit data collection to what is necessary for the permitted service or purpose. We do not use children’s data for behavioral advertising. Permission to play or make purchases does not give blanket consent to optional analytics or advertising.

The Privacy Policy describes purposes, partner categories, retention periods, safeguards and available choices. These rules also apply to test versions.

4. PARENTAL RIGHTS AND DELETION

Parents or legal guardians may contact us to review their child’s personal data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent or prevent further collection, as applicable. Give the game name and player or account ID if known, and explain the request. We may need to verify your authority to act for the child. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Account deletion can be initiated through the game’s “Delete account” option. You may also contact vibebyte.games@gmail.com. We generally delete account data or irreversibly anonymize it within 30 days, subject to the retention exceptions in our Privacy Policy. Deletion removes the relevant game account, progress and associated virtual items; a request for one game does not automatically delete accounts in other games.

Account deletion does not necessarily cancel a subscription billed by a store. Check and manage any subscription separately; statutory refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND REFUNDS

Some Projects offer purchases or subscriptions. Review the price, billing period and renewal or cancellation conditions before approving a purchase. If paid random rewards are offered, review the probabilities shown before purchase. Do not assume that all content is included merely because downloading a game is free.

Use the device and store controls to restrict purchases and require approval or authentication. On Apple devices, review Screen Time and Ask to Buy; on Android, review Google Play purchase controls and the available Family Link settings. Available controls depend on the device, account and region.

If you notice an unexpected purchase, contact the store or payment provider that processed it and our support where needed. Keep the order reference, game name and date. Refund requests are handled under applicable law, platform policies and our Terms; we do not promise that every request will be granted.

Do not buy accounts, virtual items or supposed “free currency” from unauthorized third-party services. Keep account credentials private. We will not ask you to disclose your game password or full payment-card details.

6. INTERACTION AND ONLINE SAFETY

Features vary by Project. Where interaction with other players is available, review it with your child and use the available reporting or blocking tools. Encourage your child to keep conversations about the game and to tell a trusted adult about threats, pressure, inappropriate messages or requests for personal information, images or an offline meeting.

If you need to report a concern, contact vibebyte.games@gmail.com with the game name and enough detail to identify the issue, such as a player ID and relevant messages. Share only information needed to investigate. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

7. PRACTICAL STEPS FOR PARENTS

Familiarize yourself with the game and its tutorials. Agree on play times, breaks and spending rules. Check the game’s privacy choices and the device’s content and purchase controls together.

Keep an open dialogue: encourage your child to talk about anything that upsets them, avoid sharing identifying information with strangers, and ask for help if something feels wrong. Parental controls complement supervision and discussion; they do not replace them.
